Community Involvement

Genesco's corporate giving program supports non-profit initiatives and organizations that strive to improve the overall quality of life in the communities where our employees work and live. The program seeks to use limited charitable resources effectively in service of the Company's broader mission, prioritizing gifts that we believe will do most to enhance the perception of the Company as good corporate citizen and community leader and to support the particular interests and concerns of our employees. Through these priorities, the program attempts to build goodwill for the Company in the community and to enhance its attractiveness as an employer.

Genesco Community Partners

Genesco has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where its employees work and live. In addition to providing to non-profit agencies corporate contributions, both financial and through volunteer hours, Genesco is proud to have taken a leadership role as a founding member of the following Nashville-area non-profit organizations:
